MEAL PLAN CATEGORIES
Here's an example of my categories. This isn't set in stone, but I try to follow it. Under each category I jot down all meals I make on a regular basis in the app, then mark them off as they're added to the calendar. This year I've decided to try and add one new recipe a week (Friday); whether it happens weekly or not 🤷♀️ and If we like it, I will add it to the menu.

- MONDAY - Crock-Pot
- TUESDAY - pasta
- WEDNESDAY - sandwiches
- THURSDAY - tacos or tex-mex
- FRIDAY - American or new recipe
- SATURDAY - Saturday meal (dine out/grill/ leftovers)
- SUNDAY - Grocery day (dine out or something quick and easy)
