Mojo Pork Tacos w/Slaw & Feta Cheese


Oh boy do DH (Jeff) and I (actually the whole family) love these pork taco boats!! They are just so delicious. Our son-in-law made these for us several years ago and we've been hooked ever since.


☆☆CHEESE OPTION: the last 2 times I've made this we used the Feta cheese with sundried tomatoes in it, talk about yummy! 



☆Quick note: if you don't have the boats use whatever soft shell you have or can find.
