What to be for Halloween?

This has been the question that my grandson Devyn has been pondering for the last couple of weeks.
I was having some fun with picmonkey!!

You know, this is a tough decision for a kid...
that and writing out their Christmas list.

Honestly, sometimes wouldn't you just love to go back in time when the hardest decision you had to make was what to be for Halloween and what you wanted for Christmas?

Anyways...
Over his 10 yrs of being on this planet, he has been...
a lion,

a crew chief for Lightin' McQueen,

a ghost,

a zombie,

Harry Potter x3,

a teenage mutant ninja turtle,

and the Reaper.

But, this year...
maybe because he is 10...
he has had a hard time deciding what he wants to be!

First he wanted to be a vampire...

yes I went there.....! via

then...
he figured he would go as Frankenstein...

via

then he thought...
maybe I can be both!?
Both?
Hmmmm.....
What would that make him?
Vampirestien
or
Frankenpire???

Wasn't really sure how we would pull that off but I was up for the challenge!!

Then finally last Wednesday he came to me giddy with excitement.
I know what I want to be for Halloween, grandma!!

WARNING: IF YOU HAVE A FEAR OF CLOWNS DO NOT GO ANY FARTHER!!!

 with wide eyes...
excitement beaming from his face...
he announced that he wanted to be...
one of my favorite characters....

PENNYWISE THE CLOWN!!!

via...."WE ALL FLOAT DOWN HERE"

Oh...this is going to be fun!!!!!

What are your kids/grandkids going to be for Halloween?

  1. Hi Tina, it will be so much fun helping your 10 year old to become a clown. My son was many fun characters for Halloween over the years growing up. And, he was a clown once too.
Great pics you share for this post too. Enjoy the season and Halloween.
    Hugs and Blessings
