Pepper Turkey Sandwich

If it's Wednesday it's sandwich night. Sandwich Wednesday started in our home about 10 yrs ago when our oldest grandson 'D' was still here. It grew from necessity, since Wednesday seemed to be the busiest day of the week for us. Although 'D' and his parents moved to Florida sandwich Wednesday has stuck with me.

So in honor of sandwich day,  here is one of our favorites (with alternatives)
