But I didn't want to spend a lot of time preparing/cooking them.
So, I dug through the freezer and pulled out a package of thin cut pork chops to BBQ up.
This are easy and quick to prepare.
PAN SEARED BBQ PORK CHOPS
ingredients:
- pork chops (whatever cut/thickness you prefer
- salt
- pepper
- favorite BBQ sauce (ours is Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce)

How to cook PAN SEARED BBQ PORK CHOPS
- 1. Spray a large fry pan with non-stick spray.
- 2.Salt & pepper, and brush lightly with BBQ sauce on both sides of chops.
- 3.Place pork chops in pan, cover and cook on low until done.
- 4.Remove pork chops from pan spread BBQ sauce on both sides of chops.
- 5.Turn burner up to high and sear the chops...BE CAREFUL DO NOT LEAVE THE CHOPS ON HIGH TOO LONG OR THEY WILL BECOME TOUGH AND/OR BURN.
- 6. Once seared, serve with your favorite sides.
We had herb & butter noodle and a ceaser salad.
