Pan Seared BBQ Pork Chops | What's Cooking

We wanted pork chops for dinner the other night.
But I didn't want to spend a lot of time preparing/cooking them.
So, I dug through the freezer and pulled out a package of thin cut pork chops to BBQ up.
This are easy and quick to prepare.


PAN SEARED BBQ PORK CHOPS

ingredients:

  • pork chops (whatever cut/thickness you prefer
  • salt
  • pepper
  • favorite BBQ sauce (ours is Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce)

How to cook PAN SEARED BBQ PORK CHOPS

  1. 1. Spray a large fry pan with non-stick spray.
  2. 2.Salt & pepper, and brush lightly with BBQ sauce on both sides of chops.
  3. 3.Place pork chops in pan, cover and cook on low until done.
  4. 4.Remove pork chops from pan spread BBQ sauce on both sides of chops.
  5. 5.Turn burner up to high and sear the chops...BE CAREFUL DO NOT LEAVE THE CHOPS ON HIGH TOO LONG OR THEY WILL BECOME TOUGH AND/OR BURN.
  6. 6. Once seared, serve with your favorite sides.
