How to Make a Yogurt Parfait
- 8oz plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (if lactose intolerant, use a non-dairy alternative)
- Fruit or fruit combo (see below)
- Topping of choice (see below)
- Layer all ingredients in glass/bowl or mix together and enjoy!

Parfait Flavor Combos
- There's the usual: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or a combination of these plus a granola Topping.
- Apples, raisins, walnuts and maybe a drizzle of honey
- Bananas and walnuts
- Strawberries, bananas with granola
- Strawberries, kiwi with granola or pistachios
- Pineapples with granola, or chopped macadamia nuts
- Mangoes, papayas with chopped macadamia nuts
- Mandarin oranges, Pineapple with granola
- Grapes with walnuts or granola
- Peaches with granola
- Apricots (not sure what kind of toppings)
