Taquito Casserole

Have you ever made a recipe, although good, there was something missing?...The first time I made this Casserole I liked it, but it was definitely missing something, but couldn't figure out what. The second time I added in 2 other ingredients, and it definitely made a difference.  When I make this again I'm sure I will add-to it, so if it's right, I will updating the recipe.
